Off-hook dialing translation pattern works, On-hook does not
Have a strange issue. We have UCM 184.108.40.20600-5. We have setup 10 digit route patterns for all outgoing calls. the users do not have to dial 9 or 91 to make outbound calls. However, we have also setup a 9.XXXXXXXXXX and 91.XXXXXXXXXX translation patterns that will discard pre-dot digits. Here is the problem. When a user makes a call by dialing while off-hook (speaker or handset picked up) and dialing 91.XXXXXXXXXX the call stops taking digits after the 10th digit and the call fails. If the user dials the number and then presses "Dial" the call hits the Xlate pattern and routes correctly. I have no issues whatsoever with the 9.XXXXXXXXXX only the 91.XXXXXXXXXX (they are copies of each other). Anyone have any ideas? I have checked route patterns, xlation patterns, CSS, Partitions, and still haven't found the issue.

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
