off net DTMF issue

                  Hi,

        I have a DTMF issue with one my phone numbers. If I call the ANI from my cell phone the DTFM does not work but If call the ON NET number my cisco one phone or call the 800 number associated with it it does work. Can any one help

Have you configured the DTMF relay????

What kind of connection you have to the PSTN???

What protocol???

What product for call control?? version???

Hi,

   Yes we have DTMF relay configured

We have and H323 gateway out the PSTN

We are using call manager version 8.6 su3

Does 'sh call active voice bri' show that the call legs are using the dial-peers that you have enabled dtmf relay on?
