Does anyone have any experience with th eOmniPro security system integration with CUCM? I have a customer that is looking to integrate and the documentation provided by the vendor does not provide enough information. Their illustrations contradict what the vendor tells me as well. I am looking to see if there is anyone that has already jumped through these hoops and can help me out so I can avoid the trial and error approach.
