One of the phone getting error on the display while talking to customer
The agent gets a sudden error on the phone display saying "DSP keep alive timeout" At that very moment, agent is not able to hear the customer at all. The call is still active. When the agent puts the customer on hold and retrieves after a few seconds, she is able to hear the customer and everything is fine. This happened after the upgrade from 3.3.5 to 4.2.3SR1 Phone load P00308000500; DSP 4.0(4.0)[A0]; Hardware Revision 4.1; Boot load PC0303010001.
