One-way Audio, after call to PSTN resumes from hold

The problem is when we make a call to the PSTN (only certain numbers), it connects fine, and then gets transfered, you can hear the MOH from the remote PBX, but as soon as the call resumes, the user on the IP phone does not hear anything, but the remote PSTN user can hear.

CCM version is 4.2(3) on a 2821 connecting with PRI.
