My UC System include CUCM 8.6 , 1 Voice Gateway 3925 with CUBE, 300 Agent IP Phone 7942 .We can do outbound call very well. Unfortunately, when customer from PSTN do inbound call to ip phone(agents), they sometimes get one way audio call that means customer can hear ip phone's voice but Ip phones can not hear customer voice. But if customer press any button on his phone(one or few times) their are two way audio which mean is the ip phone (agent) can hear the customer voice??
