One-way Audio issue on transfer

Hi All

I currently have an issue where when a call comes in via PSTN from a specific number and the call is transferred to another internal extension One way audio happens. It appears that after the transfer the transferred caller can no longer hear any audio. MTP is not being used. When I tried Enabling MTP one way audio happened on all the calls. Attached is a packet capture of the One way audio call and call details are listed below. Any help would be very much appreciated

10.12.1.250 = Voice Gateway
10.82.1.250 = Call Manager
10.22.1.21 = Extension 604
10.22.1.10 = Extension 605
