One way audio

We have one way audio issue with PSTN call. CM 4.2 with 3845 router. Caller A (IP Phone) call out to PSTN user (Caller B). Caller A can hear Caller B but Caller B can't hear anything from Caller A.

Codec mismatch, routing etc. Any advise will be helpful.

I thought for a second it was a default route issue but the symptoms would be reversed. Verify you have a default route anyway. Did this before myself and felt idiotic.

What type of gateway setup did you use? MGCP?
