I have an analog phone off vg224 calling into Contact Center Application agent goes available and analog cannot hear anything. This is an internal call. If I call that same IP phone directly it all works. Callmanager is version 8.6.2 It is contact center enterprise.
phones are in same subnet , g-722 disabled. same regions.
