Hi friends,
I have a problem with a ICT in CCM 4.1(2). I can call the remote site if MTP required checkbox is unchecked, but I can't do any transfer/hold. If I check MTP required checkbox, I can't call the remote site. I checked that the MRGL for the ICT is already configured to include software MTP resources, but I don't have idea why it doesn't work. Can someone assist me on this problem ? Thanks.

Is this a CCM -ict - CCM scenario?
It sounds like a CCM to CME.
If that is the case you dont need the ICT just configure the remote CME as H.323 GW in order to not use the MTP.
If that is not the case, mAke sure that if using SW MTP u use G711 all the way

It's a trunk to gatekeeper. Remote site communicate to CCM through gatekeeper. Remote site still using PBX connected to router through FXS ports. It's only using H323 dial-peers.
Hmm.. I think the remote site use G729. Will it work if I use hardware MTP ?
