Only Cisco IP Phone 7942 got problems

After reset the system, all Cisco IP Phone 7942 got problem. Message & directories function don't work. They show only "Select Service". But model 6921G are normal.

This problem has happened several times before. But just restart 7942 phones for back to normal.

Now we can't do that agains.

What is the cucm version?

IP phone firmware version?

Exact error message when you try to access directory?

Check if the issue is fixed by deleting ITL file on one of the IP phones.

Perhaps you are using authenticated URL, may want to adjust that.
