onw way audio or no adio problem in IPT setup

Currently we have two sites connected over the internet link Pune and London. I am facing problem of audio (one way audio or no audio) frequently

1.Within Site Pune

2.Between Pune and London ( both the way).

3.But there is no problem within London region.

We have configured the codec G.711 within the region and G.729 betwen two sites. Some times audio is coming but somtimes occurs the problem of audio.

Hi Ajay,

Could you please give a little more info about the setup like CUCM or CME, version, Gateway type... etc

Also, if I understand correctly, have you set it up on Internet Link than a Private Ckt or MPLS?

Hi ,

We are using CUCM 7.0 and Cisco 7940 IP phones. Internet link terminated on firewall ( it is not MPLS) .it is site to site VPN .

Hi,

I think you should first figure it out why you have this problem with in your one site "Pune", reason could be the same for between sites issue too.

Please review some basic troubleshooting tips on this link below if you have not.

If no luck then share some more info about your setup.
