Open source voip monitoring tools

We have some users complaining of poor voice quality using their soft phones.  I was wondering if there are any alternatives to products such as "MyAccessServer" which is a web-based / java portal that allows users to run basic voip testing measures (jitter, packet loss, latency, etc.).  The nice thing about this product is that you can host it on your own servers which is desireable as opposed to pointing users to other public testing tools hosted outside of our network.  Is anyone aware of an alternative or could offer other suggestions?

Wireshark will do this under telephony>analysis.

If these are cisco ip communicator applications - you can use QRT to get quality reports for bad calls from users that have all the stats.
