Hi all,
I have an alcatel IP telephony running.
I used option 150 in the router for the IP Phone to contact the Call processing system(Omnivista).
The phones are not taking the tftp address but all the othe IP settings (IP add, sub mask, default router) are correct.
Could you please help?

To add to Paolo note, Option 150 is specific to Cisco and it is not necessary that Alcatel would support the same option. The best option is to contact Alcatel and check with them on how this works and even if they use the option of TFTP in the first place.
