Order block CUMP

Hello Guys,

I have a question related to Provisioning Manager.

Last Friday we had problem, all the order was blocked in Initial state. I restart all the services but it was the same. I logged as admin and remove stop manualy all the order and wait the sync in the week-end.

This morning we were able to pass new order but for some (block on Friday) we can't recreate the order, the MAC address is "blocke" in CUPM.

Some of you has an Idea?
