Originating Calling Number for CUE

Hi all,

Let me explain my issue.

Here is a ephone-dn configuration on my CME:

ephone-dn 52

number 49

call-forward all 20

hold-alert 30 originator

So If someone (from PSTN) is calling the 00352XXXXXX49, the call is redirected to the extension 20 (due to CFWALL), and then the 20 get the call, it shows on the screen the Original Calling number (PSTN) and the first called number and name (49 and JD) also.

So, this is working fine. Now we just added a CUE to redirect all call through a Welcome message (AA from CUE) and then transfer the call to extension 20. So if someone call extension 49 from PSTN, it will go to extension (99 ==> AA), play a prompt, and then transfer to 20.

Here is the problem. When 20 is ringing, it only shows the PSTN Number (orginating calling number). And I'd like that all parameter like before could be shown on the screen.

If someone has an idea...

Check whether calling-number local" which is issued under telephony-service that would cause calls that are forwarded to show the forwarding phone's number not the originating sides.
