I am working with a customer that has CCM 4.1(3), and they are adding a new site to their environment. They purchased a 2911 router, which is not compatible with MGCP in a 4.1(3) environment. There will be only (2) connections to the 2911, both via FXO ports. One port for a connection to POTS line for 911 and failover, and the other for a connection to a PA system. I have configured the route patterns in CCM so they point to the H.323 gateway, and I have configured the destination-patterns to match the dialed digits for each connection. My issue is that no matter which pattern I dial, I end up with a busy signal. I have verified that CCM is sending it down the right path based upon the results from the Dialed Number Analyser. I have tried to debug the dial-peers, but I see no results with my testing.
Can anyone offer any thoughts on why I can't seem to route these calls out the FXO ports on my H.323 gateway?

the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
