Outbound calls using IP IVR without help of dialer/CVP
I just need to know that a senario is possible by chance or not, in a UCCE contact center we use IP IVR for providing ivr solution and CUCM as pbx.
Is there any way to Dial out to an customer (automatically like dialer does) and patch him to the available agent with the help of above architecture, we are trying to make it without installing Outbound dialer and CVP as well. Please let us know if is there any way tht we can dial out between CUCM, ICM and IP IVR.
