Outbound Fax Issues

We're having issues with faxing outbound with a fax machine hooked directly to an FXS port.  After all digits are dialed we receive a fast busy.  Looking at debug voip dialpeer, I see where each individual digit is dialed and then when they are all dialed it successfully matches our outbound 9T dial-peer.  We are able to make inbound calls/faxes to this it's just not working outbound.  We also tried a phone hooked to this cable and were able to receive a call but not make a call.  Unfortunately I didn't save the debug voip dialpeer results.

I was going to suggest that you check with the end user to see exactly what number they were dialing.  I am glad you were able to resolve this issue.

To anyone with this issue, I was not onsite dialing at the time and the person I was working with was dialing a 1 after the 9 for an outside line which the telco was rejecting.  Without the 1 the call completed successfully.
