Outgoing and Incoming Call on UC540

Hi All,

we have almost done with the config of the UC540 IP System. We are able to make internal call. We need now to handle the outgoing and incoming calls.

how  to :

  • Configure the ‘voice translation-rule’ ,  the “voice translation profile”  the  “dial-peer   pots”  and “translation profile” for national call
  • Configure the ‘voice translation-rule’ ,  the “voice translation profile”  the  “dial-peer   pots” and the “translation profile” for international call

 

The system is UC540W with 4 FXO ports (analog line).

We have 2 land lines phone (0302500325 ; 0302500326) & 1 International line (0302500324)

Hi,

I read the doc and  build my config.

We are able to receive calls coming IN on each of the phone number. But we make call.

The phone say "Line Busy" all the time.  Can you help me to understand the issue ?

A voice says the line is busy or are you getting a busy tone?

Busy tone, with "Busy" word on the screen

I'm assuming that the call was made from Internal to PSTN.

 

Please post the number your dialing and the debug below.

 

Debug:

debug voice ccapi inout

debug voip dialpeer inout 

 

Please make sure that you use the debug commands one a time.

Fixed now  :)

 

But when we receive a call from isdn, we have   UNKNOWN NUMBER

any ideas ?

If your receving unknown numbers, input the below config and  use the below debug on the router.

 

voice-port x/x/x/

caller-id enable

debug vpm signal(post output.
