Outgoing Call Hunting Issue from CCM to Voice Routers
My setup consists of CCM6.1 with Two Voice Gateways 3845 using H323.
Each Gateway has one PRI line.If the PRI line is shut in one gateway to do redundancy test, an outbound call is made from IVR/IP Phone the call is still landing on the voice router with the line shut down and produces a busy tone.
I want the call to directly go to Gw2, where the E1 PRI line is up.
Wonder for outgoing call to hunt properly, On the CCM->service parameters, I have to set some flag!!
