Hi

So 97775880 which is the central number of your circuit only appear.Based on your debugs , your call match correct translation-rule , and hit correct dial-peer and if you see when you dial from 5886. So you have to check with your teleco that caller id should be enable from his side and you do not have any issues.

Destination=, Calling IE Present=TRUE, Mode=0,
   Outgoing Dial-peer=6, Params=0x21EBC32C, Progress Indication=ORIGINATING SIDE IS NON ISDN(3)
Aug  7 11:07:59.202: //184/E82287BA81BE/CCAPI/ccCheckClipClir:
   In: Calling Number=037797775886

And we can see below that your call go out with the correct caller id.

Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3
                Standard = CCITT
                Transfer Capability = Speech
                Transfer Mode = Circuit

        Shift to Codeset 6
        Codeset 6 IE 0x24  i = 0x80
        Progress Ind i = 0x8183 - Origination address is non-ISDN
        Display i = 'Paolo Gatti'
        Calling Party Number i = 0x2180, '037797775886'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National
        Called Party Number i = 0xA1, '0041791981218'
