Outgoing calls to PSTN through CUCM SIP Trunk

Hi all,

I have a TOIP Solution used for this customer in two Sites in two differents country.

Both Sites has a  CUCM cluster and VG connected to the PSTN. I have configured a SIP Trunk betwen a CUCM Cluster to permit the all Ipphones to communicates through a WAN .

The customer ask to me to configure this Call scenario :

1- The Calls from Site country A to any Public phone number in Country B must follow WAN through SIP trunk and use the Site B VG.

2- The Calls from Site country B to any Public phone number in Country A. must follow WAN trhough a SIP trunk and use the Site A VG.

Please, would you mind to help what is the best way to configure this scenario.

RQ :

1- The CUCM Version are 9

2- the protocole used for the VG is H323.

3- Please , find in the attachement the global Architecture

There's nothing more to this, configure the RP on A as you need, point to the SIP trunk, on the other end, make sure the inbound CSS has access to the RP which is associated to the local GW B.

Adjust the dialed digits as necessary on either end.

Read up on TEHO or Tail End Hop Off.  This is a proven method for toll avoidance or mitigation.
