You can configure, for example, a shared line (search).

Hi Alkabeer,
The above looks fine. Your configuration makes SNR reach for both 2000 & 2001 numbers to reach to remote number starting with 408xxx which you configured. However, I have not seen binding the ephone-dn to a particular ephone which I assume you have already done
This is the relevant capture from same cisco doc which I shared with you which clears all of your doubts.
The following example shows extension 1001 is enabled for SNR on IP phone 21. After a call rings at this number for 5 seconds, the call also rings at the remote number 4085550133. The call continues ringing on both phones for 15 seconds. If the call is not answered after a total of 20 seconds, the call no longer rings and it is forwarded to the voice-mail number 2001.
ephone-template 1
softkeys idle Dnd Gpickup Pickup Mobility
softkeys connected Endcall Hold LiveRcd Mobility
!
ephone-dn 10
number 1001
mobility
snr 4085550133 delay 5 timeout 15 cfwd-noan 2001
snr calling-number local
!
!
ephone 21
mac-address 02EA.EAEA.0001

As above: you should use shared dn, or parallel voice hunt. Not SNR.
06-04-2013 05:47 AM
I am confused, do i need to configue SNR or shareddn or parallel voice hunt ???
does this config works
ephone-dn 1 dual-line
number 2000
ephone 1
button 1:1
ephone 2
button 1:1 "same button"
06-04-2013 05:50 AM
or can u se this ???
voice-port 0/0/0
connection plar opx 2000
voice hunt-group 1 parallel
pilot 2000
list 2000, 2001
final 2004
timeout 20
06-04-2013 08:23 AM
Shared line will give best results. Ephone-dn should be octo-line.
06-04-2013 09:40 AM
so the final config should look like
voice-port 0/0/0
connection plar opx 2000
ephone-dn 1 octo-line
number 2000
ephone 1
button 1:1
ephone 2
button 1:1
Is this correct ??

The best approach is to try configs yourself, to test and learn.
Thaht will also save you from asking repeatedly here.

I give +5 to Paulo's recommendation! That is the easiest and best solution
