outside dial is not passing.

Hi,

I am using CUCM 8.6, provideding 71XXX series extension to my customers,My dial pattern for out side is 9.[256]XXXXXX to access outside call through my nortel system.But the problem is now, nortel guy is planning to change the access code.He is telling that if i press "9" it use to access code"2906",now he is planning to change into "3706".Also he tested by changing 2906 to 3706,after that i can not dial outside by pressing "9".it gives message of "cannot be completed as dialed".So he return it back now.But i must do it next few days.

So,should i do any change/modify in route pattern in the CUCM.Where i can find this access code in CUCM.

Prefix digits at the dial peer that nortel can route based on.
