Folks, anyone here has any experience with the idea and associated costs of outsourcing the IP phone solution to service providers?
We are discussing the pros and cons of housing the service in house (maintaining the Cisco VoIP infrastructure) ourselves our outsourcing the whole thing to an outsourcing firm.
