PAP2 phone adapter reset

Hi!.

I have a PAP2 phone adapter (ver 3.1.3(LS)) since 2006.  I had a service from Spain and now I want to reset it but I can't, I have tryed with the code 73738# 1 and don't reset it because when I enter to setup ask for username and password (I haven't it).  Also I have tryed with the code 877778# 1 and nothing!.

Could you help me with this?.
