Passive Call Recording with NICE(Cybertech) Recorder

SCCP phones can be recorded  but Cisco SIP phones cannot be recorded in our environment which uses port mirroring in the switch.

AFAIK NICE only supports SCCP based recording (I might be wrong), i would explore the possibility of doing BiB based recording.

try another recording server and software. or ask you wendor cybertech for support or upgrade patch to record SIP too
