Password Recovery Call Manager 4.1

We have local Windows console access to a Call Manager 4.1 cluster but do not know t

he Ccmadmin passwords. Is there any way to recover or reset these?

How would you suggest I break in to my Unity box? I have console access but not to the Unity app.
