Does anyone know if its possible to cache or save the password for the cisco agent desktop so the user doesnt have to enter it when logging in?
I have found the phonedev.ini file which controls the cached extension and username but there isnt a field for password and all of my attempts to guess what that field may be called have come up short.
Having no password is not an option, as the system is active directory integrated and the security control is in place by having them first authenticate to their workstation before launching/logging in to CAD.
