Has anyone experience this before a PC not getting an IP Address from
the DHCP server when you reboot the PC. Only way to get an IP is to
disconnect the network cable from the PC port on the IP Phone and
re-connect then it gets an IP Address.
CallManager 4.1(3)sr4d
Firmware: SCCP41.8-3-3S
PC -> 7941/7961 -> Foundry Switch

Once the port get authenticated and you see no IP address then go to Network property of your PC and renew the IP address. Check if the PC gets the IP address. If this work then it is a DHCP process of PC starts well in advance before the port is authenticated. In that case we may have to introduce some delay.

Sounds like you need to enable portfast. Just a hunch.

In my envioroment we disable the PC Voice VLAN Access by enabling it it seemed to fix the issue.
