I have the following 2 questions regarding PAB and Corporate directory in a CCM 5.0 environment:
1. The Personal Address Book automatically logs out user after a certain amount of time. Where is this parameter defined? Can I configure it to never time out?
2. I have configured some clients number as CCM users so that we can easily find and call them from the Corporate Directory. Is it possible for these clients names to show up in the phone for incoming calls?
To reset the PAB timeout, go to IIS admin right-click on CiscoPPS virtual directory, click properties, configurations, app options, and here set the higher value of ASP script timeout. Restart the IIS server.
