We have a customer running CCM 4.1(2). The CEO of the company is complaining that he lost all his contacts from the Personal Address Book. We rebooted the CCM servers to see if could recover the address book details but unfortunately we could not recover the address book. Is there any way to recover the address book? Is there any specific folder in the server we have to look at. Has anyone come accross such an issue? Please advise.
