Personal Directory - Log In

Hi,

This may be a silly question, but I'm not finding a clear answer so far...

Using the 7960 IP phone, when a user tries to access their Personal Directory, they are prompted for their UserID and PIN...

However, I'm not sure what these are supposed to be. I assumed the UserID is the same one used to log into the CCM User page?

As for the pin, the voicemail access code doesn't work, ansd the password used to log onto Windows and CCM User is long and uses letters, not really lending itself to a PIN.

Any insight would be great, thanks so much!

Hi Jennifer,

The PIN is the CCMUser PIN, on the CCMAdmin page, go to the End User page and reset the PIN for that user from there, if the user have access to the CCMUser page, he can reset the PIN.
