Personal Directory Timeout

Hi

Is there a way to stop the personal directory from timing out, forcing user to have to logout and login again? This is CCM 5.1.2.

Unfortunetely, currently there is no such option available. There are no timers for this. You should contact your Cisco Account Team to have this feature enhancement request filed incase you need it.
