Phone 8961 doesn't boot

Hello,

i have a 8961 phone which doesn't start.

Only the upper both buttons are orange, screen is black, and the "navigation" kay is blinking some times.

I've tried the pressing # while "startup" and then 123456789*0# procedure but it doesn't work.

Does anyone knows how to reactivate the device?

Have you checked if the Phone receives enough power?
If possible try to boot the phone with a external power supply.

thank you for your reply.

The phone is connected to an external power supply. I've tried different power supplies (PWR-C-4).

So this does not to be the problem :-(

Same problem occured today.

Same problem occured today. Powered over Ethernet. Spooky coincidence !
