Phone associated with the Attendant Console

I am sure how was this setup but the reception currently has 2 phones that are associated with the attendant console.   When this AAA phone is off, the attendant Console will suddenly offline and get this message.  The reception is currently using the BBB phone and it is ok if we have it offline. but not OK when AAA is offline.

10:46:14 Resource’s Device is off


10:46:14 The agent extension is out of service. Ready state change and call control operations cannot be performed.

These 2 phones currently have similar DN/Extensions

Line 1: Personal extension 2444

Line 2: IPCC agent extension 1222

At the “End User”, the Reception user name is currently associated with these devices:

Receptionist – (It has the pilot point configuration number for the IPCC queue)

SEP001F9EBBBBBB – (it is the BBB phone)

How can I change to associate the phone from AAA to BBB? So I can turn off the AAA phone permanently.
