Phone - Configuring IP

I have a Phone that is programmed in the call manager the same as other phones but at least once a day it will go into a "Configuring IP" loop and come out of it. By unplugging and plugging in the ethernet connection you can get the phone to boot up. The network guys tell me the port looks fine and it is configured exactly like all the other phone ports. We have a DHCP server and I have registered the phone with the correct MAC address also.
