phone designer not working

hi all.. can anyone please tell me that when ever i am trying to put a wallpaper on my 7975 or 7941 phone it is giving an unknow error . i have got few more phones all the other phones dont have this problem just happen to two phones.

Any advice

Hi

So you have only this two that are not working to change the wallpaper using phone designer.

Can you check the follwoing

Can you provide a screenshot of the phone configuration page for the 7945? 
Callmanager Admin > Phone > Device> does it have the owner userid configured ?
Can you check on the same page if the user have Phone Personalization enabled?
