Phone Receiver & Headset Conversation at same time
We have a CUCM v5. When ever a call is happening, the user wants to hear the conversation both from IP Phone receiver and from the headset at the same time. This is for call monitoring purpose. In one phone it is happening. In others it is not happening. All the models of the IP Phone are 7941. I checked both the IP Phone configuration, I cannot see any difference in the IP Phone configurations. What has I missed here?
