phone registered in subscriber but unregistered in publisher

Recently I added 2 new subscriber (s1 & s2) on a 6.1.5 cluster. I made a CCM Group with these subscribers and change the DevicePool for diferent test phones. These phones were registered locally in s1 but were unregistered in publisher. If change the order of subscribers in the CCM Groups the phones appers registered in the publisher. If use CCM group with other subscribers works fine too. Any sugestions?. RISDC problem?.

Hi Friend

1. You have to check database replication status in RTMT, whether the status is in good state (2) or not ? if the status is good. then ..

2. SSH to your Publisher server, and run utils dbreplication status .. this command will generate report for database status and also generate a log file..You can show the log by run the command file view .... etc (just follow the instruction).

3. Check whether there is an error with database, such as database out of sync . If Yes

4. You must run : utils dbreplication repair "server name" (on Publisher Server).

You can attach the error here...

Thanks

Hi Novri,

I follow your checklist:

1. The database replication status in RTMT is good (2) for all servers.

2. The utils dbreplication status only report a suspect in credentialdynamic table.
