Phone showing Different Time (UTC Time Zone ....Not NTP Time Zone)

Hi,

I have noticed that Few Phones are taking UTC Time Zone From the CUCM not taking the NTP TIME. Please provide your valuable comments. 

CUCM Version 8.6.2.21900-5

Added the NTP status from the Both Servers...

 

admin:utils ntp status

ntpd (pid 28138) is running...

Did you check the DatTime

Did you check the DatTime group assigned to phone in call manager?

if you manipulate setting therer, does that reflact your phone?

Till now i have noticed that its happening only with particular Model IP Phone and with Few Users only.

 I have solved a lot of time

 

I have solved a lot of time differences on phones by upgrading the firmware, or applying DST updates on CUCM.

It seems Cisco has some difficulties displaying time correct on different models of phones connected to different versions of CUCM.

Especially during Summer-time Winter-time  :)

Hi,Settings are properly

Hi,

Settings are properly assigned to the Phone. Regarding the Manipulation, since phones are located at Remote Location, i wont be able to do much R&D on the same and as mentioned its reported only with particular Locaion and Few 7945 IP Phone Models only.

what time zone you are using

what time zone you are using in Date time group, and waht is the load version of the phone?

and what is your CUCM version?

I have resolved the

I have resolved the particular issue, my end customer has forgot to add option 150 in their DHCP Server. After adding the option i have restarted that phone and issue got resolved.
