I have issues with PhoneView and Message monitoring in Ip phones. Unity works as unified messaging with microsoft Exchange. Call Manager version is 184.108.40.20600-11 and unity in 7.0.2
Phone view used to work , but stopped working for all phones about a week ago. Trouble shooting was done using the attached document and log file is attached. All the trouble shooting steps was a pass expect for the error message which the document does not resovle. Some portion of the log is pasted here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
