phones 7911 rebooting multiple times

Dear Team,

 

After migration from CUCM Version 6.X to 9.1.2.Some of the phones 7911 are rebooting multiple times.Pls guide for the same..

Look at the logs, it might be

Look at the logs, it might be a FW issue, also at the switch ports to make sure all is OK there.
