Phones 79XX upgraded to SIP not registering

Hello, I have CUCM Express version 8.5 and upgrade phones 7911 and 7945 to SIP version 9.1.1, but the phones are not registering and there is a cross on buttom 1, is there something missing??

 

Here is my SIP configuration:

Under voice service voip add registrar server as follows

voice service voip

sip

registrar server

Hi Carlos.

Please activate a debug ccsip messages and send the output.

Also send the output of a show voice register pool all brief.

Found this about SIP error 503:

 

Got SIP response 503 "Service Unavailable."

Check codecs for your server and your provider. Often there are no matching and call is not possible.
