Phones registration

Hello,

I have the following topology, (1)Publisher (2)subscribers in one site ,and (2)subscriber on a different site.

Site 1: version 8.6

1 Publisher

2 Subscriber

Site 2: version 8.6

2 Subscriber

The issue is that in the site (2) i see only 10 phones registred  to one of the suscriber and 100 phones registred to the other subscirber. I would like to know how I can balance the registration..

Adjust your CUCM groups as necessary to do that.

If i do any change in the cucm groups in the orther that the servers are added, what will the impact be?
