phones unable to register on a switch

Hi,

Have encountered a strange issue.

We have phones able to register well on all switches but not on particular switch

Phones have done the following :

1) Delete CTL and security files

2) Reset to factory settings

These so call recycled phones will able to register well on all switches and one symptom is that some phones in this particular floor will have that registeration error after some time. New from factory phones will able to register well.

Hope anyone can help.

I hope CDP is enabled on switch.

What is the switch model and is the phone getting an IP address and TFTP option, is it using the same DHCP scope?
