I have a pickup group which would like to be able to pick up each others calls that are on hold. Not even sure it's possible as I haven't been able to find anything on it. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

not possible, only having shared lines you can retrieve calls that someone else put on hold.

there's no pickup for on hold calls
