Hi All,
Need your assistance urgently.
We are unable to pick the call from another phone when the call comes in the hunt group.
Ex Example: Phoen A, B and C are in the hunt group. We call to their DID, after IVR call lands to phone A, now we are trying to pick this call from phone B but it says "No calls available for pickup" .
When we call directly to either Phone A, B or C, then we are able to pickup the calls from any of the phone. Also call forwarding is not working for the phone those are in hunt group. Calls are getting forwad if they are not a part of the hunt group
CUCM version - UCOS_7.1.5.31900-3

Not able to pick calls that arrive thru hunt pilots is expected, there's a bug ID you can enter in the service parameters to do this.
Enter CSCsb42763, in mixed case, into the Cisco Support Use 1 Enterprise Parameter under the new Cisco Support use Only group, and click update. Only the CSCsb42763 value in this parameter enables the configuration in step two. Change the value to anything else in order to disable this functionality.
Calls not following call forward behavior when they arrives thru hunt pilot is also expected, there's no workaround for that. Your best option is SNR.

Go to the Hunt Pilot Configuration page, choose a Call Pickup Group from the dropdown list and click
update.
I'm unable to get the above option in the call manager, how can I find this? And what is SNR?
We use 7.1.5 version.

Hi Amit,
I will try to fill in for Java's rather large shoes here (+5 Java-man)
This process is divided into 2 steps as Java nicely noted. You have to do step 1 first;
Step 1
- in CUCM admin go to Enterprise Parameters
- scroll down until you find Cisco Support Use
- Enter CSCsb42763 in mixed case (as shown) in Cisco Support Use 1
- click update
Step 2
- Go to the Hunt Pilot Configuration page
- select a Call Pickup Group from the dropdown list
- and click update
