pickup group members can not see calling number

hi

2851 CCME.. i created pickup group. Users have their DID number.

pickup group member wanna see calling ID if outside callers directly call another member of the group. but in CCME gorup members only hear the other member s phone ringing..And if the calling person is not a customer they dont wanna pick the call up..

i dont wanna use gruop number so the customers dial group number instead of the user s DID number.

any help?
